Overview: The first African America Community Report that General Mills had formally designed for the greater community and focused on the work of the Black Champions Network (BCN), started in 1996 as General Mill’s first employee affinity group.
The design of the 42 page report shared the BCN’s work in leadership development; community connections, i.e., United Negro College Fund; employee champions, and top brand campaigns that extended General Mills reach into communities of color.
