LatinoLEAD is a cross-sector consortium of Latino leaders working towards advancing their collective influence, success and power. Members consist of corporate, civic, non-profit, academic and community leaders.
Preliminary work included an in-depth assessment of the member’s goals, made actionable with a revised mission statement, guiding principles, and values as represented by “LEAD” acronym; L = Leadership, E = Equity
A = Achievement, D = Diplomacy

Members were presented a select group of logotype designs and voted in the majority for the final concept, which utilized the letter "O" as a dynamic data set graphic, shown below. 
The website launched in early 2016 with many profiles completed to date. eBlast updates are well received and the open rates are above industry averages.

In this exercise, circular graphs have been created using set data points.
Any number of rings or data sets can be created, allowing for a variety of uses.
