Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey, Cuernavaca City Mayor Antonio Villalobos, and Council Member Alondra Cano co-produced a free community event for families, friends, and students as a way to uplift their collective stories of struggle, triumph, and resistance to coincide with various city wide Dia de los Muertos events.
